You control each application
ApplySidekick assists with repetitive typing. You must check every answer, attachment and destination, comply with employer instructions and submit only truthful information you have authority to share. The service does not guarantee field matching, submission, interviews or employment.
Free allowances and shared capacity
Cloud mode offers up to 15 genuine attempts per UTC day. The optional extension allows up to 40 total attempts, including at most 15 cloud attempts. Network and abuse limits also apply. Cloud capacity is shared and may be unavailable when the site’s time budget is exhausted. No payment or Pro subscription is offered.
A genuine attempt means at least three fields were filled, including a name and email, or you confirmed submission yourself. A job counts at most once. Duplicate, malformed, unsupported or dead links and failures before meaningful completion do not count. Later failures may count. Shared browser time and start limits are separate from your application allowance.
Two-minute cloud sessions
Cloud browsers close two minutes after the job starts, including loading and review time. An unfinished application may have to be restarted manually. Keep the workspace open. You can stop a batch, recover progress and release unused application reservations. Unconfirmed extension reservations stay held for their original UTC day. Cloud sessions expire automatically.
Supported use
Assistance is limited to selected Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby pages. Some sites block cloud browsers or use forms we cannot fill. CAPTCHAs, login, custom fields and unknown questions require you. We do not bypass protections, invent answers or submit automatically. The Submitted label records your report that the employer displayed success.
Do not use ApplySidekick for spam, false applications, bypassing protections or evading usage limits. We may pause access or adjust capacity to protect the service. Availability is not guaranteed; use the employer’s own website when necessary.
Privacy and your rights
Cloud mode processes your chosen information through Cloudflare; the optional extension fills locally. Read the privacy notice before use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
